Our first scent. The first edition.

17:00 is an extrait de parfum for the turning of the day. Fresh ginger heat and green cardamom open into chamomile, warm woods, and a salty, skin-close finish.

Released for the winter solstice, Edition 001 comprises fifty individually numbered 30 mL bottles and two hundred 3 mL Pocket Extraits.

Each $25 Pocket Extrait includes a $25 credit toward a 30 mL bottle from Edition 001, while bottles remain available. The credit does not reserve a bottle and cannot be used toward a future edition. This edition is finite. We hope the scent becomes one you return to. We intend to produce future editions, but cannot promise them.
The day did not end. It simply ran out of demands.

17:00 began with the meeting of low winter sun and cold air. Fresh ginger and green cardamom pod bring the opening heat; Roman chamomile and lavender soften its edges. Creamy amyris, woody amber, and soft skin musk form a base composed for a second-skin character.

Our first scent, introduced at the turning of the season. Something we hope you will want to return to, long after the first bottle.

The base is composed for a second-skin character: soft woods, creamy amyris, and a salty musk warmth intended to feel like part of your skin rather than a separate layer of perfume.

Materials & Making

The composition pairs botanical oils of ginger, cardamom, Roman chamomile, lavender, and amyris with woody-amber aroma molecules and musks. The botanicals bring spice, herbal detail, and balsamic warmth; the molecular base gives the fragrance its woody, amber, and musk character.

Burn & Care

Apply a small amount to skin and allow the fragrance to settle before applying more. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and irritated or broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Store tightly closed, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Avoid spraying directly onto delicate fabrics or finished surfaces.

For external use only. Flammable. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames until dry. Keep out of reach of children.

Edition 001 is planned for the winter solstice: fifty individually numbered 30 mL bottles and two hundred 3 mL Pocket Extraits.

Our intended release calendar follows the equinoxes and solstices, giving each edition a place in the turning year. We intend to produce future editions of scents people want to return to, but future releases are not guaranteed.
